UNWTO Global Forum on Tourism Investment in Africa

Since Thursday, February 20, 2020, the first edition of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) World Forum on Tourism Investment in Africa has been held. CORIS BANK INTERNATIONAL Ivory Coast (CBI CI) participates in this event which is held at the Palais des Congrès of the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire, Abidjan.

This international meeting aims to improve the attractiveness of the continent. It was the Vice-President of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Mr. Daniel Kablan DUNCAN who opened the official ceremony. Ivory Coast ‘s vision, Mr. Duncan said, is to make Ivorian tourism the third pole of the country’s economy.

This forum brings together over three (3) days more than five hundred (500) participants from all over the world, including tourism project leaders and investors, with the major objectives of designing strategies and attracting investments to promote the tourism in Africa.

For CBI CI, the benchmark bank in the SME/SMI sector and individuals, this forum is a framework for establishing business relationships between project leaders, investors and donors.

During this forum, CBI CI promoted its products / services, and participated this Friday, February 21, 2020 in B to B meetings emphasizing its activities: Financing of SMEs / SMIs, Customer financing individuals via a network of dedicated agencies, Islamic finance, advice and support in access to credit, international operations, etc.

Le groupe coris annonce l’achevement du processus d’acquisition de la filiale de société générale au tchad.
Les hauts dirigeants des deux Groupes bancaires, Coris et Société Générale, ont organisé une cérémonie de closing du rachat de la filiale de Société Générale au Tchad (SGT) ce mercredi 31 janvier 2024 à N’Djamena, marquant l’achèvement réussi du processus engagé depuis juin 2023, à la suite de l’annonce de la signature de l’Accord de cession de cette filiale.
