Coris Bank International contributes to the fight against Covid-19

The Coris Group, chaired by Mr. Idrissa NASSA, through its Foundation and its subsidiary Coris Bank International Côte d’Ivoire is contributing to the fight against Covid-19 in Côte d’Ivoire by handing over a check for fifty million (50,000,000 ) FCFA to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Adama Coulibaly; Minister responsible for banks and financial establishments.

This act of citizenship thus responds to the call for solidarity of the President of the Republic, H E Mr. Alassane OUATTARA, during his address to the Nation on Monday, March 23, 2020, as part of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. that strikes the whole world. “It is together that we will overcome this ordeal, and come out of it stronger. And our action marks the solidarity of the Coris Group with the State of Ivory Coast in the efforts undertaken to overcome this pandemic in our country, » said Mr. Mamadou SANON, Managing Director of Coris Bank International Côte d’Ivoire.

He also wished a speedy recovery to all the sick and urged the entire population to respect the measures prescribed by our health authorities to whom he addresses his encouragement.

In return, the Minister of Economy and Finance welcomed this spontaneous gesture which testifies to the quality of relations between the State of Côte d’Ivoire and the Coris Group, and also signified that « it is by pooling our efforts, we will succeed in overcoming this pandemic”.
