This act of citizenship thus responds to the call for solidarity of the President of the Republic, H E Mr. Alassane OUATTARA, during his address to the Nation on Monday, March 23, 2020, as part of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. that strikes the whole world. “It is together that we will overcome this ordeal, and come out of it stronger.
